We are looking a Deputy Operations Manager ensuring the management, supervision, and coordination of the execution of the service for the projects to be carried out by the CARPI GROUP worldwide.

Reporting to the Operations manager based in Switzerland, your main task are :

Preparing and check BOQ of materials.
Preparing service agreements Intercompany as well as external companies.
Preparing Method Statements.
Tracking operational costs and standby time.
Analyzing and maintaining operational data.
Preparing list of tools for projects.
Budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses.
Following up ongoing projects.
Optimizing the operations in the company.
Improving the company’s operations performance.
Reviewing weekly and monthly project status reports and evaluate that schedules and plans will meet project goals.
Executing company processes successfully to ensure compliance and performance goals.

You will be hired with a local employment contract based in our HQ. The job position could include travels on our projects.

Profil

  • Civil or Hydraulic engineering Diploma
  • 5 years’ experience on an operational management position, including Solid understanding of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects valued over 1 million Euro
  • Skilled in planning, staffing, budgeting, and organizing
  • Ability to develop effective relationships, provide leadership, and integrate diverse functions and individuals toward profitability objectives. Strong problem-solving abilities. In addition, ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Fluent in English - French/German/Spanish knowledge would be a plus.
