Present in 17 countries, NUVIA is strengthening its global footprint with the acquisition of MARSEIN, a key provider of nuclear services in Spain, with 280 employees and over 40 years of expertise in maintenance, welding, dismantling, and nuclear waste management.
This acquisition marks a strategic milestone for NUVIA in Spain, which aims to structure and manage its administrative and financial functions to support its growth.
Reporting to the General Management in Spain and working closely with NUVIA Group, you act as the central point of the company’s integration process, ensuring the reliability of financial and administrative information, while supporting the development strategy.
Your responsibilities
- Integration Process Management
- Implement processes and tools to improve management (monthly closings, budget adjustments, IT applications).
- Rationalize banking relationships.
- Integrate into the Group’s processes in Spain: cash pooling, tax consolidation.
- Implement performance indicators and dashboards.
- Support project managers in the project cost control.
- Financial and Accounting Management
- Supervise general and analytical accounting up to the balance sheet and tax filings (with the support of the tax advisor).
- Manage treasury, forecasts, and financial flows.
- Prepare and monitor the annual budget, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions.
- Manage financial reporting to the Group.
-Manage relationships with tax advisors and auditors.
- Lead and supervise the administrative and accounting team.
- Optimize internal processes and ensure compliance with Group procedures.
You have a higher education degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Control (Master’s level) and at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environment.
You have strong proficiency in IFRS, solid knowledge of financial tools and ERP systems, and you are comfortable working in an international environment. You are fluent in Spanish; you also speak French or English.
Your leadership, rigor, and analytical skills enable you to work effectively across functions and support teams towards success.
The position is based in Tarragona (Catalonia).
