Experienced in working on major and complex projects, our UK team supports an impressive portfolio including Crossrail, Thames Tideway and HS2, as well specialising in the protection of critical rail assets as part of major station upgrade projects such as Kings Cross, Tottenham Court Rd and Bond Street.

Due to our expanding workload we currently have a number of opportunities for Data Managers to work in our instrumentation and monitoring team, involved in major civil engineering infrastructure projects. 

We are looking for candidates with either a background in instrumentation and monitoring or a relevant construction related field e.g. surveying or civil engineering. You should be a reliable, enthusiastic and hard-working team player with excellent organisational and time-management skills. 

 

YOUR MISSIONS WITH US: 

·         Check and maintain on a daily basis the monitoring systems and databases from various projects in order to offer the client the expected availability and measurement performance.

·         Take responsibility for data quality and correctness, in the context of understanding the project and relating measurements to construction progress. Check processed data is correct and if the information is accurate. 

·         Develop, optimise and maintain monitoring databases and configure monitoring sensors within monitoring software.

·         Assist the Project Manager to ensure the monitoring software is presented to and used by the client and other stakeholders in the most suitable way to meet the project requirements and provide added value to the project.

·         Manage secured information accesses and ensure the confidentiality of project information. 

·         Set up and maintain automated backup of site files.

·         Participate in the design and production of reports during the different phases of the project (installation, baseline, maintenance, monitoring, final and decommissioning) in liaison with the Project Manager.

• Highly motivated with relevant industry experience, ideally including instrumentation and monitoring or survey projects.

• Safety conscious.
• Relevant qualification in a related field – survey, engineering, IT.
• Ability to manage and work on multiple activities.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in survey software, database management and CAD an advantage.
• Personable, can develop strong working relationships.
• Excellent time and task management and ability to work on own initiative.
