VINCI Airports is currently looking for a Commercial Offer Manager (F/M) to join its HQ in Nanterre (92), France.
Under the responsibility of the Commercial offer Director, the Commercial offer Manager (F/M) will have the responsibility to manage commercial offer projects for VINCI Airports’ current portfolio of airports as well as to manage extra aeronautical potential evaluation for VINCI Airports’ acquisition targets. Commercial offer activities include retail, food and beverage, services, advertising, both landside and airside (‘In-terminal Services’).
This Manager will lead the development of VINCI Airports commercial network by activating industry players and optimising existing operations either directly or indirectly.
As part of the exercise of its function, the Manager will undertake the following:
· Development and implementation of the Group Commercial Strategic plan:
- Monitoring the strategies, trends and best practices of the airport industry and other reference industries in terms of the applicability to the commercial activities
- Definition and implementation of the optimisation strategies of our commercial activities with a specific focus on Duty Free, Specialized and General Retail, including expansion / refurbishment projects
- Identification and development of cross asset synergies with a specific focus In-Terminal.
· Construction and management of strategic relationships with the commercial partners and operators, in order to contribute to the commercial success, while defining the adequate business model for each business and negotiation of the commercial conditions of each new license, in order to obtain the maximum commercial revenues.
· Support to the Director Business Development through the analysis and opportunity assessment of the commercial aspects (excluding retail and duty free) of all bids.
· Analysis and reporting: KPIs analysis, including revenues to the Airport, revenue sharing levels, the company’s income per passenger, revenue per sqm2, MAG, space productivity, etc.
