Description de la mission

Main mission

Define and deploy a knowledge management strategy to capitalise on, enrich and disseminate know-how and expertise within the Omexom network.

Promote a culture of learning and knowledge transfer through tools, methods and events tailored to the needs of the Business Units.

To do this, you will lead a multidisciplinary team (6 people) made up of project managers, educational engineers and 3D/VR developer.

  1. Develop and facilitate knowledge-sharing tools
    • Design, implement and maintain a collaborative platform to centralise and organise all the network's knowledge.
    • Encourage its use and support teams in adopting it.
  2. Propose teaching tools and methods to facilitate knowledge transfer
    • Develop a variety of formats (guides, tutorials, e-learning modules, communities of practice, etc.) to suit different learning styles.
    • Support experts and teams in promoting and structuring their knowledge.
    • Monitor technological developments and innovations in learning (VR/3D, mixed reality, augmented reality, AI, etc.).
  3. Promote access to and dissemination of knowledge to as many people as possible
    • Organise and facilitate the sharing of best practices and feedback within the network.

    • Create events (workshops, webinars, learning expeditions, etc.) to encourage collaboration and innovation.

    • Support the development of the Omexom Institute network of technical training centres, from their creation to their deployment and ramp-up.

      • Support the creation, deployment and long-term structuring of OIs as levers for skills development.

      • Extend their scope beyond technical training: integration of onboarding programmes, innovation, development of the Omexom identity, promotion of local knowledge, structuring of expert networks, etc.

    • Coordinate an international Omexom Institute network to promote strategic exchanges and ensure that courses are consistent with business ambitions.

Representative role and contribution to the brand

You will actively contribute to the brand strategy and be a true ambassador for its values and expertise.
You help promote the brand team's expertise and initiatives, particularly through your visits in the field and your presence at seminars and internal and external events in France and abroad.

Cross-functional management

In conjunction with the brand director and assistants, you will play an HR facilitation role (without operational management), supporting the organisation, skills development and cohesion of the brand team.

  • Onboarding, internal training plan, EIM programme coordination, people review coordination
  • Support for Team Managers in disseminating best practices, knowledge of HR VE tools and HR VE policy
  • Monitoring international issues (travel, safety, immigration, health) to anticipate requests made to the HR department.

Profil

  • Master II (technical or commercial)
  • 5–10 years of HR or operational experience, with an aptitude for resource development (internal mobility preferred)
  • Interest in energy and energy transition
  • Comfortable working in a complex and international environment
  • Leadership, dynamism, creativity and good listening skills
  • Fluent in French and English; another language is a plus
  • Regular travel in France and abroad
