Location – Bridgwater

Role Profile

  • Take responsibility for generating required information for the monthly project controls reporting
  • Produce the Project ROTC slide deck
  • Oversee the timely capturing of data from all programmes / areas associated with the change process
  • Accountable for the upkeep of the central change register and responsible for generating any bespoke reports as requested from the data
  • Owner of the PCR template and update as and when required on the project
  • Responsible to the drafting procedures, sub processes relating to the change process
  • Accountable for updating and keeping the Change Project Controls Calendar updated
  • Responsible for the coordination for meetings associated with Project ROTC working with Directors PAs and any follow ups as requested from Project ROTC
  • Chair Change team meetings with change coordinators from central, area & programmes help the BC&E Manager set direction for the function
  • Responsible for ensuring coverage within overall change coordinators to support programmes functions where no change coordinator is in place (support & site)
  • Responsible to produce the monthly Key Performance Indicators for the Change Process 
  • Produce the PMB in the cost tool (Ecosys) with the latest updates
  • Ensure timely sharing of the PMB with change coordinators and costs engineers following the approvals in month of PCRs & the uploading of data into Ecosys at two stages (draft & Hardlock)
  • Take an active leading role in the continual improvement of the Project and specifically the change process
  • Lead the roll out of Change training project wide into the change process and improve the quality of what is produced by others
  • Work collaboratively with all staff on the project and support all functions to enable delivery of the project.
  • Be responsible for the functional line management of all change coordinators both in central and programme / area
