 YOUR MISSIONS WITH US:

  • Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support to the CEO, including managing the schedule, organizing meetings, and coordinating internal and external communications.
  • Project Management Assistance: Support in planning and monitoring current projects, including preparing necessary documentation and tracking deadlines.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on relevant topics for the construction industry, including market trends, regulatory changes, and technological innovations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain relationships with local authorities, business partners, and clients, ensuring effective and professional communication.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotion of the company's services, including managing the online presence of the CEO.

Profile

ARE YOU INTERESTED?

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Degree in civil engineering, project management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managerial assistance or administrative roles, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, in Romanian and English.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management software and digital tools.
