Description of the assignment
You will play a key role in coordinating our communications activities, with a particular focus on the international trade fairs we attend, as well as the internal and external events we organize. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning, logistics, and coordination of events, such as:
• International B2B exhibitions and conferences
• Customer events
• Internal company events
• Seminars and workshops
- Contributing to the development of key messages and content tailored for each event, ensuring consistency and impact.
- Updating and creating marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, flyers, and short videos to effectively support our communication efforts.
You thrive in an environment where you can work independently, yet you are skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. Your ability to collaborate with diverse teams will be essential to our success.

Profile
Experience and skills
- BAC + 4 minimum in Marketing & Communications, Business schools
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Event / trade fairs management experience
- Interest for the energy sector
- Autonomous, dynamic & positive attitude
- Attention to detail, ability to proof-read and edit information for a range of internal and external communications channels
- Ability to translate complex idea into a simple message
- Language: French, English both written and spoken. Another language is a plus
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
- Ability to work in an international network
