Are you a skilled Contract Manager looking to take your career to the next level with a leading engineering solutions company? Freyssinet Australia is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Manager to join our dynamic Legal team. In this role, you will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery by managing contracts from initiation to closeout. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to interesting and high-profile projects across Australia while working with a team of dedicated engineering professionals.

This role can be considered for part-time status for the right candidate.


Your Responsibilities

Manage the contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution and closeout, ensuring all obligations are met.
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure contracts align with project goals and mitigate risks.
Monitor contract compliance, manage modifications, and identify potential risks, offering solutions to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
Provide expert advice on contractual matters, supporting project teams with best practices.
Stay informed on national, state, and local legal requirements, ensuring full compliance.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Tertiary qualification in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of contract law and relevant regulations.
Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts.
High proficiency in contract management software and systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
