SCOPE OF POSITION
The Group Human Resources Manager provides strategic leadership, development, and execution of the Group HR function at ConeTec Group. This role ensures HR programs are aligned with corporate objectives across all regions and subsidiaries. It leads a distributed HR team, driving consistency in employment practices while allowing for regional adaptation. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader, collaborative partner, and hands-on coach with global HR expertise and a track record of building high-performing teams. This role also directly manages the ConeTec Canada HR team, ensuring compliance with Canadian legislation and alignment with global strategies.
OVERALL GOALS FOR POSITION
Lead and execute Group HR strategies aligned with laws, customs, and culture. Forecast HR needs in line with growth and operational changes.Maintain clear role definitions (RACI model) across HR.Support business unit managers in HR initiatives.Drive consistency in HR policies and practices.Implement retention and recruitment programs to meet growth targets.Foster a strong culture of engagement, performance, and employee experience.
