Description of the assignment

Our brand team brings together around 40 talented people with diverse backgrounds and expertise, including business market support, knowledge management, environment, technical and innovation and communications. 

We support our global network of business units by providing strategic guidance, insights, and alignment, while creating opportunities for connection, acting as a catalyst to accelerate the energy transition.

Reporting directly to the Global Brand Director, you will be a true facilitator and play a key role as part of this dynamic brand team, supporting the monitoring and coordination of projects and programs.

You will collaborate closely with all the teams to ensure that all initiatives progress efficiently, in alignment with strategic objectives.

 

Coordination

  • Coordinate with expert teams and project leaders to guarantee the overall alignment of the action plan
  • Contribute to the development of the overall schedule and follow-up; report any scheduling issues
  • Participate in key meetings, prepare presentations, minutes of the meetings and action follow-ups
  • Monitor budget and follow-up, request arbitration when needed

Organization

  • Develop a global vision to align and coordinate projects to achieve specific goals (strategic plan/action plan/roadmaps)
  • Identify risks related to the program (resources, technical, or financial) and work with project leaders to find solutions
  • Escalate difficulties and request arbitration when needed
  • Ensure project deployment across different aspects: timeline, progress, quality of deliverables, budget, etc.
  • Put in place the actions that were jointly agreed on
  • Develop and deploy monitoring methods to identify potential challenges
  • Provide simple, effective, and regular reporting
     

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Centralize all relevant information to facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with the internal team (across all areas of expertise, brand, and group) and external resources when necessary

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum Bac +3) Business
  • Administration/International Management/ Project Management, or a related field
  • 2 years of professional experience in an international context
  • Fluency in French and English is required, a third language would be an asset
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability and willingness to learn and use Power BI
  • Knowledge of a complexity management tool (or willingness to learn it)
