Description of the assignment
As part of the Communication team, the Digital Communication Project Manager manages internal and external communication channels, creates engaging content, and deploys campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Channels Management
- Manage and animate owned internal and external communication channels
- Develop and implement the editorial calendar
- Lead newsletter and email campaigns
- Ensure content publication across platforms
- Support rollout of the new knowledge management tool
Content & Campaigns
- Manage social media activities, both organic and paid
- Create engaging content (social posts, interviews, visuals, short videos, articles)
- Adapt formats to channel and target audiences
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications
Coordination & Network Support
- Act as social media referent across the network
- Provide templates, toolkits, and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
- Promote campaigns across the international communication network
- Share best practices and support advocacy programs
Budget & Performance
- Manage communication budget
- Track KPIs and analyze channel performance
- Deliver performance reports with recommandations
- Monitor brand reputation, social listening and digital trends
Profile
- Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital communication (International context)
- B2B experience, interest in energy sector preferred
- Fluent in French and English (third language a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office and Content creation tools (WordPress, Brevo, PlayPlay, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite or similar)
