Description of the assignment
- Coordination and technical supervision of construction works in accordance with contract requirements, technical documentation, and project schedules.
- Inspection and verification of the quality of completed works.
- Supervision and coordination of the work of construction personnel and subcontractors.
- Maintaining construction site documentation.
- Cooperation with all parties involved in the construction process.
- Compliance with health and safety (HSE) regulations.
- Polish language is requiered
Profile
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation; proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to organize and supervise the work of subordinate employees.
- Quality-oriented approach and ability to independently carry out assigned tasks.
- Willingness to undertake periodic business travel to construction sites executed by Freyssinet Polska.
- Experience in preparing construction cost estimates would be an advantage.
