Description de la mission
Join a dynamic innovation and technical team in the high voltage, distribution, transmission, territories and substations sector.
The role supports the creation and execution of policies, procedures, innovation projects, open innovation engagement, network building, technical watch improvement, and the development of an internal innovation club.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contribute to developing and implementing innovation and technical strategies aligned with company goals..
- Research, track, and share scientific, technical, and market technical trends relevant to high voltage and power systems and any related topic for our BUs.
- Propose, initiate, and support new innovation projects, policies, and procedures for engineering and technical advancement.
- Facilitate open innovation activities, workshops, and collaboration with internal and external networks.
- Develop and manage technical watch processes and help grow the company’s innovation club.
- Actively engage in building and managing a broad professional network within the high-voltage industry
- Collect and structure innovative ideas, help to conduct rapid test, POC or prototyping, and support project transitions from concept to implementation.
- Assist with continuous improvement activities across processes, practices, and technical knowledge-sharing.
- Prepare and present findings, proposals, and periodic briefings to stakeholders.

Profil
Key Qualifications and Attributes
- Degree in Electrical or electronics Engineering, Energy, Automation, or other technical field.
- Previous experience or deep interest in innovation management, R&D, or project management.
- Demonstrated humility, curiosity, strong networking skills, and an analytical mindset.
- Proactive attitude and motivation to propose new ideas and lead their execution.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple streams of work.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of high voltage, power distribution, transmission, substations, or energy infrastructure markets is a strong advantage.
- Availability for business travel.
- Seniority is not mandatory; both junior and advanced technical and innovative profiles are welcome.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with technical watch, innovation clubs, or open innovation networks.
- Familiarity with international industry standards and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication; workshop and presentation skills.
