We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager / Contract Manager to join our team.
In the context of a tender for an industrial maintenance contract on a petrochemical site in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a seasoned professional capable of steering the bidding process in close coordination with our local partner, and subsequently overseeing the operational execution of the contract if awarded.
Missions:
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the contract (technical, human resources, QHSE, contractual, and financial). Your main responsibilities include:
During the bidding phase:
- Work in coordination with the Head Office tender team based in France
- Act as the local focal point in Saudi Arabia for all topics requiring local clarification
- Interface with our local partner for technical and financial aspects
- Support and guide our local partner in defining and sizing the required material and human resources
Upon contract award:
- Overall contract management
- Handle commercial and technical relationships with clients and partners
- Manage multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Ensure contractual, budgetary, and financial follow-up of the project
- Prepare regular reports (financial, scheduling, quality)
Location: Dammam / Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Duration: Initial 1-year assignment, renewable for 3 to 5 years upon contract award
Start: Second half of 2026
• Higher education (engineering school, university, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing maintenance or new works contracts in the industrial sector, ideally in refining or petrochemicals
• Significant international experience
• Solid knowledge of welding (structural & piping), scaffolding, and insulation activities is essential
• Proficient in project management, budget control, and QHSE requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Highly autonomous, well-organized, team-oriented, and results-driven
• Arabic: mandatory
• English: fluent (working language)
