Reporting to Geoquest CEO and member of the Top Management Direction, as a real Business Partner, you will provide advises to our Zone Managers (North America, Europe/Africa/Turkey, Asia and Australia) and BU Managers all around the world, in coordination with our local HR Directions.

Your main missions are :

• to define and implement the HR strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and priorities
• to manage the employer branding policy and recruitment process for subsidiary executives & for the job vacancies in our head office and follow the onboarding programs
• to manage internal mobilities
• to pilot the growth of the Geoquest Academy with the support of a training Officer
• to manage the People Review & annual appraisals campaigns
• to drive the Geoquest Equality Plan and perform Human Rights assessments
• to manage compensation and benefits policies to guarantee fairness and competitiveness
• to manage social legal topics with the support of local lawyers

You will also drive various HR Projects in collaboration with Human Resources Directors or managers based in the US, in India and in Australia as well as with the zone Directors, especially for the Europe/Africa/Turkey perimeter.

The job position is located in Rueil-Malmaison and included frequent travels abroad.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• 10 years in a similar function, acquired in the construction industry, in a multi-cultural environment. You appreciate working in high-value engineering environment. 
• Analysis and synthesis aptitudes, leadership, capacity to communicate, autonomy
• Fluent in English
• Spanish language skills would also be appreciated
