Description of the assignment

Freyssinet, Inc located in the United States is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our New Structures Division and oversee post-tensioning projects from inception to completion.  

Profile

Prior experience in post-tensioning, and cable stay projects will be required.  As a PM in this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects involving PT systems.  Your role will include working closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Safety Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of safety and enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure safe working environment.

Project Planning & Execution:  Oversee all phases of PT projects, from initial planning through to successful delivery, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and scopes of work are met.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel, to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.

Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve any issues that arise during the project.

Quality Control: Ensure that all work complies with design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards for post-tensioning.

Budget & Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, track costs, and manage resources to ensure project remains within financial parameters.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with post-tensioning systems in construction or related fields.

*Strong knowledge of post-tensioning techniques, including material, design, installation, and industry standards.

*Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

*PMP, PMI, or similar project management certification is a plus.

*Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

*Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.

*Experience with project management software (MS Project or similar tools)
