What is the role?
Prioritize safety and contribute to a strong safe work cultureOperate and maintain the water truck according to safety regulations and legislationPerform regular safety inspectionsPerform daily maintenance tasks on truckMonitor water levels and fill the truck when requiredCommunicate effectively with site supervisorOperate other equipment from time to time such as the broom or skid steerPerform other tasks/labor activities as requested by the site supervisor which may include, raking, shoveling, cleaning and tidying.

The Water Truck Operator position is a full-time seasonal position. Mainly, the Water Truck Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the truck and distributing water to the road, and various locations as required. This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the truck, adhering to all safety regulations, and maintaining the truck in good working condition. The operator must be flexible, willing to help out in other areas, have excellent driving skills, and effective communication.
